Aptly named, my health care, the portal will launch this June across our four partner hospitals and will provide patients, families and caregivers easy access to medical records, lab results, and appointment history.
During the past year, the Patient Portal Steering Committee, comprised of representation from our four sites, physician and clinical leadership, as well as a Patient, Family and Caregiver (PFAC) Working Group, has been engaged in supporting our project team through the build of the patient portal.
The patient portal will launch initially through a test phase on May 10, allowing our PFAC members to trial portal features and provide feedback to the project team. Following a successful test phase, the patient portal is scheduled to launch publicly June 14, 2022. The my health care project team will be on site the week of June 14 to help promote the portal and answer questions.
