A MEDITECH Expanse test site will be available to end-users who attend instructor-led training*. The test site will be available once users complete all eLearning, virtual and instructor-led training. The focus of using the test environment is to enhance and reinforce the learning presented. End-users will be asked to log on to practice navigation skills, enter data/documentation and observe patient trending data. The more frequent a user tests the system, the more proficient they will be during GO LIVE. Users will receive their log-in details during their instructor-led training sessions. A log/report of user access has been created for logging duration on test environment. Local Help Desk support will be available to troubleshoot any difficulties in accessing the test site.

Trainer Virtual Office Hours provides users access to trainers to ask questions about their training, scheduling further training, and assistance in navigating the Expanse system. Trainer Virtual Office Hours will be held for each site for the duration of in-class learning.
